Cancelled MMORPG

EverQuest Next

EverQuest Next was Daybreak Game Company's planned successor to EverQuest and EverQuest II, promising a voxel-based, largely destructible open world built on the ForgeLight engine. After years of development that also spun off the standalone building game Landmark, Daybreak officially cancelled EverQuest Next on March 11, 2016, saying the completed work "wasn't fun."
