Fantasy MMORPG

Herrcot

Herrcot was a free-to-play medieval fantasy MMORPG from Korean developer NaonTech, also released under the names Ferentus and Xiones across different regions and relaunches. Players chose from seven classes including Wizard, Cleric and Paladin, fighting through PvE questing and guild-versus-guild PvP. The official game closed around 2010, though an unofficial fan revival called FHX Restoration keeps a combined version of Ferentus/Herrcot/Xiones playable today.

Before you play

Things to consider

  • The official Herrcot service closed around 2010, so the original game can no longer be played through its own servers.
  • The game was primarily offered in German (and earlier as the Korean-published Ferentus), so English speakers relied on unofficial patches.
  • The unofficial FHX Restoration revival is a fan-run project, not an officially supported continuation.
